Surrender completely to the support of the ground beneath you. Simple things are often the most profound. After gardening all day, relaxing on your back and stretching your legs can be such a relief it feels miraculous. Reclining Leg Stretch helps relieve lower back stiffness and stretches your hamstrings and calves.

1.From Garland, release your hands away from the ground and shift your weight back onto your seat. Once you are seated, roll down onto your back and bring your feet to the ground, hip-width apart.

2.Release the effort in your neck and shoulders, and relax your eyes toward the back of your skull.

3.Lift your right leg toward the sky and interlace your fingers behind your knee. Flex your foot. Keep your knee bent or gently straighten your leg. Let the head of your thighbone drop more deeply into your pelvis as you reach through the ball of your right foot. Relax the weight of your back. Stay 3 to 4 breaths.
